As our community of partner schools continues to grow across North America and beyond, we're looking for a full-time School Success team member.

What You'll Do

As the relationship lead for a portfolio of partner schools, you'll guide schools from onboarding through implementation, on-going coaching, and annual renewal. You'll become a trusted partner to principals, teachers, and curriculum directors as they build healthier digital cultures in their school communities.

Your work will include leading onboarding and strategy sessions, helping schools develop their annual Digital Flourishing Plan, facilitating coaching calls, coordinating expert webinars, supporting school launches remotely, celebrating success stories, and helping schools navigate challenges throughout the year. You will manage changes to our online resource hub and write regular communications to our partner schools.

You'll also identify opportunities to deepen engagement, gather feedback that strengthens our program, and ensure every school experiences the full value of partnering with JOMO - all with the goal of renewing schools at a high retention rate.

You Might Be a Fit If… 

  • You love building meaningful relationships and naturally earn people's trust.

  • You are highly organized and enjoy keeping multiple projects moving without losing sight of the bigger picture.

  • You're an excellent communicator who is equally comfortable leading a Zoom coaching session, writing a thoughtful follow-up email, or facilitating a planning conversation with a school principal.

  • You have experience in education (classroom experience is an asset,) teaching, coaching, customer success, ministry, or another relationship-focused role where helping people succeed was your primary responsibility.

  • You care deeply about the formation of young people and are excited by JOMO's mission to help schools cultivate wisdom, attention, and human flourishing in a digital age.

  • You are very comfortable with technology and enjoy learning new platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, CRM systems, LMS systems, and AI tools.
