The Impact at Schools
Across campuses, JOMO is helping students rediscover balance, focus, and joy in a world full of digital noise. No, the content is unique to each grade. While all levels are built on the same JOMO framework (joy, kindness, relationships, and intentional digital use), each grade has its own age-appropriate modules and lessons. For example:
Grade 6 emphasizes kindness, community, and building healthy digital habits (e.g., “Pressing Pause,” “Made for Community”).
Grade 7 moves into deeper reflection on habits, self-control, and belonging (e.g., “The Myth of Multitasking,” “The Comparison Trap”).
Grade 8 focuses on identity, leadership, and intentional living in a hyperconnected world (e.g., “Digital Rule of Life,” “Leaving a Legacy of Joy”).
Each year builds on the last, so students encounter fresh content, new challenges, and practical applications tailored to their stage of development. For new students, there is a fair bit of spiralling included throughout the grades. For the most part, students will have content reiterated to them throughout the years, certain focal concepts or ideas are redescribed, and students will grow with the journey.
