Experience JOMO: Align your Values + Tech Use for Time Well Spent
Award-winning author, Christina Crook, and her fellow Joy Scout, Elissa Joy Watts, want to empower you to experience the joy of missing out. Our goal is to help you reset your relationship with technology, providing enough life hacks to give you back more than two-weeks’ worth of free time plus a copy of Christina's book, The Joy of Missing Out. How does that sound?
We'll be unplugging and getting real about our relationships with technology. There will be time for discussion. There will be time for dreaming. We'll give you work work work, inspire you, and turn you loose with tools to thrive online and off. There may also be homemade banana bread. (No promises but there's a good chance.)
Here's how the workshop will roll:
Hour One: VALUES
Hour one is all about self-discovery. Here we dig deep into your values: those you aspire to and those you practice each and every day.
Hour Two: ONLINE HABITS
We take an honest look at your online habits and see where your values and time spent align (and where they don't.)
Hour Three: TIME WELL SPENT
We help you create a clear vision of the joyful life you're seeking and equip with the practical on- and off-line tools to get you there.
Date: Saturday, April 21
